As we all know, Comic-Con is the place where we have a look at the upcoming comics, movies, and TV shows and fans can have the sneak peek of the most anticipated super hero movies and other great content of the upcoming year. Sadly, some of the biggest movies and TV shows will be missing from the San Diego comic-con this year and most of the fans are obviously very disappointed. Let’s look at the Biggest Movies and TV Shows Missing From San Diego Comic-Con 2017.
Deadpool 2 and the X-Men Movies
Deadpool is easily one of the coolest superhero movies of all time and the news of the sequel being announced a few months ago had all the fans excited but sadly we will not be able to get the sneak peek of the Deadpool 2 as well as any of the upcoming X-Men movies.
Predator and Fox’s Non-Mutant Movies
Some of the non-superhero genre movies for 20th Century Fox will be skipping Comic-Con this year, with the biggest name being Shane Black’s Predator movie. Long production delays due to star Dylan O’Brien’s injuries from an on-set accident, Maze Runner: The Death Cure will also be away from the comic-con.
Marvel TV Series
The marvel fans will be disappointed because Marvel is very specific about what they will be bringing to this year’s comic con. The bad news is that there will be no Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Inhumans made its return to ABC midseason) or Runaways.
No Lara Croft, Grindelwald or Godzilla 2
While we got Blade Runner: 2049 from the Warner Bros. and Ready Player One from Steven Spielberg in the comic-con. many of the non-DC movies skipped the Con. These movies include reboot of Tomb Raider, the Dwayne Johnson video game adaptation Rampage, the Jason Statham-starring shark thriller Meg, the disaster epic Geostorm, Andy Serkis’ performance-capture pic Jungle Book: Origins, Fantastic Beasts 2, and the sequel to Godzilla.
